I ordered a HOM SBM-300 from IRA Wood & Sons Inc.
I went online to order it rather than going to a store because I didn’t know a store that carried that peticular product. I was very excited with the price and free shipping with the Ira Wood company. I placed the order and it was shipped immediately. I received it last Wednesday July 13th. I took it out and set it up according to ALL the directions. The rollers did not go up and down. They just sit at the bottom no matter what button I push. When I picked it up I to put it back in the box I could hear the rollers zooming around freely by themselves. Something is wrong with the unit. I called Ira Wood & Sons and they said they don’t take returns and would not exchange it for another one. I called them four times they say they will look into it and no one ever calls me back. When I asked them if they sell at a cheaper price because they sold me something that was returned to the company they said no they don’t do that. I don’t believe it. They will not give me a refund and now I am out $120. This was supposed to be my birthday present and I am very upset. My daughter has one of these cushions SBM 200 and she loves it. I was so looking forward to using it and now I am very angry with the whole senerio.

Oh my god, this thing is the BEST Massaging Cushion I have ever came across in the last 4 years. I have been wanting one for so long only tried some product here and there, never had a chance to buy me one. I kept on thinking it wont be as good as going to a massage therapist, or it will break soon or later, or not worth the money, etc. Well, about 4 month ago, I started to have a back muscle pain. Plus I have TONS of stress (who does not?). This made me seriously think about getting me one especially where I can get a STRONG almost PAINFUL Shiatsu Massage anytime I want! My problem SOLVED. I am a very picky Japanese healthy oriented individual NEVER settle for less. Well, Homedics earned my trust. It must be Made in Japan..?

O.K. UNIT WORKS O.K. AFTER THE FIRST ON I GOT I TURNED IT ON IT SHORTED OUT FRIED THE RELAY IN IT .

I am over the moon about my purchase of the Shiatsu Plus Massaging Cushion.
It does all it says it does. I especially appreciate the spot massage.
Now I have someone to massage my shoulder and it works! It is so relaxing. I think its great that after 15 minutes it shuts itself off – never have to worry at the grocery store wondering if you turned it off. My best purchase of the year.
