It is loud and does not do a very good job! I am so sad this was supposed to be the big Christmas gift! I am returning this right away. Also be aware this is curbside delivery only! That’s just ridiculous~Do NOT get this one save the money and get a better one

This is a very nice product. So far, it has been working great for more than six months without any issue. It has all the functions that I need. Great product at affordable price.

“Wow, what an AMAZING massage chair! First off,the ‘curb side service’, is all you need, in just a few minutes the chair is ready. The best part is that my wife and I can each tailor a massage to our individual needs because there’s such a wide variety of modes and combinations to choose from. It really relieves the stress and tension that our bodies accumulate from daily life. And it also stimulates the acupoints in our backs, which we both agree made us feel more energized and improved our circulation. With the ottoman, my wife can enjoy a leg massage while sitting on the couch, and get neck, shoulders and back massaged all at the same time. Plus, the design of the chair is GORGEOUS–the lush leather with modern accents looks beautiful with the rest of our living room suite. We look at our Panasonic massage chair as a great investment in good health!”
